The SmallSat Alliance unites the companies developing, producing, and operating in all segments of the next generation space economy; championing renewed U.S. leadership in the burgeoning commercial space economy, and advocating for the transformation of government-led space capabilities.

Behind the headlines across the space community, there is a revolution in the space economy that is unfolding. The SmallSat Alliance supports this revolution, and gives voice to the amazing capabilities that are to come, and the steps needed to achieve them.
Heralding the Future
In partnership with champions from across the US Government, the SmallSat Alliance has collaborated in the development of the “Hybrid Space Architecture.” Starting at a grassroots level in the Air Force, Navy, Army, NASA, NRO, and NOAA, the following vision paper has gone through 21 iterations and circulated throughout the Executive and Legislative Branch (as well as industry): Hybrid Space Architecture Statement of Principles
